I'm out, in style. Full Oppo in a Bandit onto dirt.
I was just driving around in a Monaco in San Francisco, minding my own business when I spotted this Bandit pass me on the freeway. I knew I had to take it and hoon it on a proper dirt road.

Yeah, it really was a (heavily underrated, at least in my area) gem. Most fun I've had in a driving game in ages... I mean, simulation and realistic racing are cool and all, but when it comes to videogames, you can't beat action driving in my book.

Definitely a great game sadly overlooked because of the shitfest that Driver 3 was.

I haven't even played it myself, but I know Ubisoft is using this game as a base for "The Crew".

I think Driver 3 and Driver 76, as well as the one that came out on DS, are the only Driver games I haven't finished yet. I've no intention on touching Driver 3, though, but I had some massive fun in Parallel Lines. People can call it a GTA Clone all they want, but the focus on driving instead of on foot action really sets them apart.

Do it! Nao! Seriosuly, Driver SF is one of the coolest driving games out there, it should be dirt cheap on Steam right now and it runs on maximum settings even on my crappy PC. Also, it's Jalop as hell. It may not be a sim racing, but it gives you the chance to play extreme opposites such as the famous Bullitt car chase and a feature race pitching the Audi Sport Quattro against the Lancia Stratos, both in race trim.
